Overview In this role you drive new business and expand existing retailer relationships in a cross-functional, solutions-led environment. You will balance hunting with wallet-share growth to deliver profitable, long-term customer value. The focus is on adopting video analytics, CCTV and integrated loss prevention/EAS solutions to create measurable retail outcomes. You will work with clients, engineers, and teams to define solutions and ensure successful implementation, while maintaining strong relationships and pursuing growth opportunities.

Responsibilities- Acquire new market share by selling loss prevention, EAS and video technologies (CCTV and analytics) to targeted opportunities and existing customers
- Proactively hunt and secure profitable new business through direct outreach and leveraging multi-level retailer contacts
- Manage assigned accounts through opportunity identification, pre-sales planning, deal execution, post-sales installation planning, and follow-up
- Support post-sales satisfaction by resolving invoicing and account related issues
- Maintain relationships to support retention, expansion, and long-term value
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and manufacturing teams to define product specifications and enable implementation
- Present solutions and value propositions and close sales on mutually agreeable terms
- Develop plans (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly) aligned to growth opportunities and company objectives
- Share market and product intelligence to help identify growth opportunities
- Travel up to 25% for conferences, meetings, and site visits
Key requirements- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of sales or sales management experience in retail
- Experience with product and solution selling
- Experience selling to retailers or as a former retailer
- Experience selling loss prevention systems and/or products at the C-level
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a complex sales environment
