Overview As a Senior Recruiter at Anduril, you will own full-cycle recruiting across People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data, with flex support for R4R during peaks. You'll partner with hiring managers, assess candidates across diverse sub-functions, and guide talent strategy with market insight. You'll navigate a fast-growing, matrixed organization to build trusted relationships with candidates and teams. Responsibilities- Own end-to-end recruiting across People Operations, People Programs, People Business Partners, and People Data, with peak support into R4R
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies per sub-function (e.g., business partners vs. compensation analysts)
- Conduct screens evaluating functional depth and organizational fit for each search
- Manage interview process from intake to close, calibrating with hiring managers and driving offers
- Strategically partner with People leaders to understand hiring needs and team composition
- Advise on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability across People disciplines
- Provide transparent pipeline updates and market intelligence; recalibrate timelines as needed
- Influence role design and leveling with external market context
- Own candidate experience and maintain data integrity in ATS/CRM
- Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and interview practices
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to share market intelligence and best practices
Key requirements- 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Direct experience recruiting within HR/People functions (HRBPs, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, People Programs, Total Rewards)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across different functions while maintaining quality and candidate experience
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to advise, calibrate, and build trust with hiring managers
- Data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics, use conversion data to diagnose health, present market intelligence
- Clear communication with candidates and hiring teams; build rapport across People disciplines
- Ability to move fast and preserve quality and candidate experience
