Overview As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you'll advise senior leaders on people strategies to boost organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes, and engagement. You'll align talent initiatives with enterprise goals through data-driven insights while nurturing a high-performing, inclusive culture. You'll influence leadership capability, workforce planning, and organizational design during transformations. This role offers meaningful impact across corporate functions and strategic projects that shape the company's future. You will work closely with executive teams to drive measurable people outcomes.

Responsibilities- Translate business priorities into people strategies with executive and functional leaders
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning across corporate functions
- Coach leaders in performance management, talent assessment, and career development
- Collaborate with Talent Management and Learning to implement development solutions
- Support organizational restructuring, operating model design, and team effectiveness initiatives
- Lead change management for transformations, M&A, technology implementations, and process improvements
- Assess organizational health and improve engagement and performance
- Utilize workforce metrics and analytics to forecast needs and guide talent investments
- Develop and monitor HR metrics across retention, engagement, diversity, productivity, and health
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations and ensure policy/legal compliance
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on investigations and risk mitigation
- Champion engagement, inclusion, and belonging initiatives and reinforce company values
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to deploy enterprise HR programs and initiatives
- Influence enterprise workforce and talent strategies through HR leadership discussions
Key requirements- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HR business partnering
- Experience supporting senior leaders and corporate functional organizations
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR with business objectives
- Proven success in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent consulting, influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Must reside within commutable distance to Brea, CA
