Responsibilities- Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings in Salesforce
- Coordinate data imports/exports across Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms to support reporting and operations
- Perform basic Salesforce configuration (page layouts, new fields, approval flows)
- Provide first-level user support and training, troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions function properly
- Assist with Salesforce updates/releases and smooth feature deployment
- Adhere to IT audit and change control processes including unit, integration, and UAT testing
- Other duties as assigned
Key requirements- 0-2 years of experience; Salesforce internship preferred
- Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
