Overview As Senior Director, People Partner Americas, you will lead the regional HR function, shaping people strategy, culture, and workforce health. You'll coach and enable regional leaders, partner with centers of excellence, and drive scalable, compliant execution. You will champion an inclusive associate experience while leveraging digital tools and analytics to inform decisions. Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across the Americas and drive HR evolution
- Advise business and functional leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational health
- Coordinate with regional partners to ensure consistent execution within enterprise guardrails
- Coach leaders on complex people topics and leverage HRBPs/COEs as needed
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards to translate global strategies regionally
- Assess ER/LR risk with the LER COE and strengthen preventative practices
- Implement global/COE programs regionally and sponsor change initiatives
- Strengthen governance and performance culture using AI, metrics, and project-based execution
- Develop team capability and improve associate experience and business impact
Key requirements- Undergraduate degree
- Extensive leadership experience in HR
- Proven coaching and influencing of People Leaders and delivery of HR change initiatives
- Continuous improvement mindset with lean principles
- Experience using digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to enhance HR decisions
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within the region
