Overview In this role you will oversee Oracle Siebel CRM environments to ensure stability, security, availability, and performance across the enterprise. You will act as the subject matter expert for Siebel infrastructure, collaborating with development, infrastructure, and database teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will manage installations, upgrades, and DR readiness while supporting cloud initiatives and integrations. Responsibilities- Administer and support Oracle Siebel CRM across development, testing, and production
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Siebel on Windows and Linux
- Lead and support Siebel upgrades to current releases (Siebel 25.x+)
- Configure Gateway clustering, AI load balancing, and related infrastructure
- Monitor performance and tune components (Sieb e l Servers, AOMs, AI, Gateway, Tomcat)
- Troubleshoot complex issues including EAI failures via logs and FDR analysis
- Perform system administration: configuration, parameters, and environment maintenance
- Support SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory integrations
- Develop and maintain automation for admin tasks using Windows batch and Linux cron
- Install, configure, upgrade, and support BI Publisher integration
- Design and execute Disaster Recovery setup, testing, and validation
- Manage Siebel deployments on OCI and other cloud platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and scalability
- Monitor environment health, implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge articles
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience administering and supporting Oracle Siebel CRM in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience installing and supporting Siebel on Windows and Linux
- Experience with Siebel upgrades, migrations, and patching, preferably recent versions
- Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture (Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, AI, AOMs, Tomcat)
- Experience configuring Gateway clustering and load-balanced environments
- Proficient in Siebel performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning
- Experience troubleshooting EAI component failures and analyzing logs
- Experience supporting SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory integrations
- Experience automating admin processes with scripting, Windows batch, and Linux cron
- Experience designing, supporting, and testing disaster recovery solutions
- Basic Oracle Database administration knowledge (connectivity, monitoring, troubleshooting)
