Overview In this role, you lead day-to-day Trust Administration, client delivery, and risk oversight for your segment. You'll coach Trust Advisors and Client Service Specialists, coordinate compliance and risk activities, and drive project execution for the Advisory Center line of business. Your work ensures accurate administration within governing instruments and laws while meeting client commitments. This position offers impact through leadership in fiduciary services and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on risk management and client outcomes.

Responsibilities- Deliver Trust Administration and client activities per governing instruments and applicable laws
- Coach and oversee Center Trust Advisors and Client Service Specialists
- Coordinate risk, compliance, and oversight with partners
- Manage ongoing execution of management routines
- Execute projects for the Advisory Center line of business
- Address client or teammate escalations and escalate when needed
Key requirements- College degree; emphasis on Business or Finance preferred
- 10+ years in Trust Administration, fiduciary oversight, and new business activities for Personal Trust
- Familiarity with state laws governing Personal Trust accounts
