Responsibilities- Lead development and execution of new reinsurance arrangements from RFP to implementation
- Analyze inforce reinsurance to inform relationships with reinsurers
- Provide senior-management insights on reinsurance transactions to guide decisions
- Support quarterly reporting of reinsurance activity and model end-to-end projections
- Coordinate reinsurance needs across Underwriting, Product Design, and other functions
- Identify and communicate reinsurance risks across the organization
- Lead analysis of reinsurance business insights and risk reporting
- Guide junior modelers/data analysts on cash flow projections and data
Key requirements- 6+ years actuarial experience
- FSA designation
- 4-year degree or equivalent
- Experience optimizing work processes
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with visual storytelling using PowerPoint and Tableau
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal skills and relationship-building
