Overview As a Door Attendant at Hilton San Francisco Union Square, you help create warm, memorable arrivals and departures for guests. Responsibilities- Greet arrival and departure guests and manage lobby traffic
- Assist with luggage handling and tagging
- Read tags, issue claim tickets, and ensure proper storage and delivery of guest items
- Retrieve, transport, store, and organize luggage, packages, and boxes
- Coordinate transportation needs (e.g., taxis) upon request
- Provide upbeat, friendly guest interactions and resolve inquiries promptly and courteously
Key requirements- 1 year of customer service experience (minimum)
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong English communication skills (in-person and over the phone) with professional etiquette
- Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
- Previous guest service experience is a plus
