Overview In this role you represent plaintiffs in complex litigation across medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, personal injury, wrongful death, and employment claims. You manage the full litigation lifecycle, from intake to trial, coordinating with medical and economic experts to build compelling liability and damages strategies. You will advocate for victims, conduct and defend depositions, draft dispositive and discovery motions, and pursue settlements through ADR or court proceedings. You collaborate across disciplines to maximize client recoveries and stay current with developments in civil litigation. Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Represent plaintiffs across medical malpractice, nursing home, personal injury, wrongful death, and employment claims
- Manage all phases of litigation from intake through trial, including investigations, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, settlements, and courtroom appearances
- Analyze medical records and collaborate with experts to develop liability and damages strategies
- Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions and appellate briefs
- Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, physicians, experts, and corporate representatives
- Negotiate settlements and resolutions through mediation, arbitration, and direct settlement discussions
- Maintain strong client relationships with strategic legal counsel and case updates
- Collaborate with healthcare, economic, vocational, and liability experts to build cases and maximize recoveries
- Prepare cases for trial with witness prep, exhibit management, jury selection, and trial advocacy
- Stay current on developments in personal injury, medical malpractice, employment law, and civil litigation
