Overview In this role, you lead and coordinate electrical projects across multiple sites, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability. You'll build and guide strong project teams, manage scope and customer expectations, and collaborate with senior PMs to uphold safety and high-quality delivery. You will travel to large, multi-year projects, driving urgency, innovation, and teamwork while aligning with the company's growth and empowerment ethos. You help shape project outcomes in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage teams on large electrical projects from start to finish
- Ensure project safety, scope delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Develop teams and deliver quality output within schedule and budget
- Drive division profitability through effective project execution
- Set and monitor PM goals, procurement, and contractual requirements
- Improve department systems and processes to meet profitability goals
- Review contractual requirements and project-specific design methodologies
- Prevent or adjust schedule milestones due to changing needs
- Maintain proactive communication of challenges, risks, and successes
- Oversee financial forecasting and project delivery quality
Key requirements- 3+ years of electrical project management experience
- Extensive knowledge of scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts
- Proven ability to develop relationships and win projects
- Proven ability to run a profitable portfolio
