Overview

As Training Manager, you will design and deliver learning programs that boost sales performance and product knowledge across regions. You will partner with Sales Leaders to identify gaps, deploy field coaching, virtual sessions, and live trainings, and ensure programs align with healthcare trends. Your work in adult learning and innovative solutions will shape best-in-class training that improves selling skills and territory acumen. You will travel to coach reps, monitor outcomes, and continuously refine offerings to drive business results. This role offers impact through cross regional collaboration in a mission driven healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, approve, and deliver disease state, treatment, product, and marketplace training while staying on time and on budget
  • Consult with Sales Leadership to identify training needs and gaps aligned to department goals
  • Conduct field rides, coaching sessions, and live classroom training to build selling skills
  • Perform environmental scans to identify learning gaps across region and nation
  • Stay current on healthcare environment trends and maintain product/skills expertise for supported teams
  • Monitor course evaluations and metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate strong platform skills to deliver effective sessions and consistent communications
  • Travel to coach individual sales representatives as needed
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2+ years as a Sales Trainer and 2 years leading Sales Training operations (preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years Field Pharmaceutical Sales and/or Management experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated drive and initiative to meet goals
  • Strong understanding of technological resources (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) (preferred)
