Overview

In this role you will cultivate strong relationships with the local stylist community to drive sales and education programs through stores. You will lead the Omni-Channel SalonCentric experience, engaging guests, teams, and partners. The position blends in-store coordination with field-based support, brand-building, and community outreach. You'll act as the voice of SalonCentric, shaping events, digital engagement, and strategic planning to support growth.

Responsibilities
  • Build connections between SalonCentric and local stylists, salons, and cosmetology schools
  • Create and facilitate events to raise brand awareness
  • Develop new stylist and student partnerships in the local community
  • Foster partnerships with brand partners and leverage omni-channel tools
  • Harness social media and digital communities to add value
  • Execute special projects under District Mentor guidance
  • Identify opportunities for innovation within the community
  • Develop a long-term Omni-Channel strategy for retail and outside sales and drive KPIs
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on program progress and effectiveness
  • Facilitate education and promotional events (area classes, hands-on workshops, in-salon education)
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in cosmetic or retail management or 2+ years of retail or salon leadership experience
  • Independent judgement and decision-making capabilities
  • Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profit objectives
  • Understanding of competitive landscape
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results oriented
  • Ability to collaborate with various partners and vendors
  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce & POS systems
  • Ability to travel for meetings (2-4x/yr) and within territory
  • Availability to work some evenings and weekends
  • Authorization to work in the United States (no immigration sponsorship)
