Overview In this role you lead the design and delivery of the OTM Cloud solution, guiding the On-Prem to Cloud migration and ensuring secure, scalable integration across systems. You collaborate with customer stakeholders and vendors to define the migration strategy and architectural roadmap. You influence process optimizations, configuration, and governance to support efficient logistics operations. This position offers an opportunity to shape a critical cloud migration program and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable supply chain improvements.
Responsibilities- Lead the OTM On-Prem to Cloud migration initiative with stakeholder alignment
- Define migration strategy aligned to business goals and best practices
- Design the OTM Cloud solution including configurations, integrations, and process optimizations
- Provide technical and functional leadership for seamless system integration
- Oversee configurations, guide implementation teams, and resolve design challenges
- Collaborate with Oracle and other vendors to address gaps
- Drive governance for scalability, security, and performance in OTM Cloud
- Support change management, user adoption, and training for a smooth transition
Key requirements- 15+ years in OTM implementations with focus on solution design
- At least 5 years in OTM Cloud
- Proven experience leading On-Prem to Cloud migration projects
- Deep expertise in OTM Cloud and On-Prem configurations, workflows, and business process design
- Strong knowledge of OTM modules (planning, execution, freight settlement, GTM)
- Experience defining architecture and roadmaps with customer stakeholders
- Proficiency in integration strategies including APIs and web services (SOAP/REST) and middleware
