Overview

In this Senior Manager role at Kroll Settlement Administration, you guide cross-functional project teams to deliver client-focused settlements with accuracy and on-time delivery. You will oversee engagements from Directors, ensuring quality outcomes and continuous process improvement. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to balance risk, scope, and budgets while driving growth for the practice. This position offers leadership across multiple locations and a chance to shape large, complex settlements with expert guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and develop a team of Managers, Analysts, and Coordinators across locations
  • Define client needs, supervise delivery, and ensure client expectations are exceeded
  • Oversee project milestones and settlement terms to meet or exceed deadlines
  • Set billable hour goals, monitor utilization and quality, and validate invoicing
  • Foster internal collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and build strong client relationships
  • Make informed decisions and provide strategic recommendations to Directors and senior management
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years in claims administration, account management, client services, paralegal, or project management with budget responsibility preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Legal, banking, financial services, accounting, or prior class action administration background
  • Strong Excel skills, planning, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
  • Leadership experience with supervision duties
  • PMP certification or equivalent highly desirable
  • Paralegal experience or JD desirable
