Overview In this role you will lead labor and employee relations within the unit, guiding contract interpretation, investigations, and workforce initiatives. You'll partner with leaders, HR, and union reps to mitigate risk and strengthen organizational effectiveness. You'll leverage data-driven insights to support performance and engage cross-functional teams. This position combines advisory work, compliance, and change initiatives to advance business objectives and employee experience.

Responsibilities- Lead contract administration, interpretation, grievance handling, and negotiation support in labor relations
- Conduct and direct workplace investigations on employee relations concerns, policy violations, and labor disputes
- Advise leaders, supervisors, and HR on employee relations, labor law implications, and organizational risk
- Develop leadership capabilities through coaching and training, supporting onboarding, orientation, and change initiatives
- Utilize workforce data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and monitor organizational health
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; master's degree or MBA preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred; Labor Relations Certificate preferred
- Approximately 9+ years of progressive experience in labor relations or HR
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments; unionized manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of labor and employment law and regulations
