You drive cross-functional work from research to measurable delivery, shaping experience visions and leading execution across strategy, design, product, and engineering. You partner with stakeholders to align design intent with roadmaps and release priorities, accelerating adoption and impact. Responsibilities- Lead experience design strategy workstreams across patient services, customer engagement, and commercial operations for Life Sciences clients
- Partner with client leaders to define and deliver human-centered experience strategies tied to business outcomes
- Translate business and user challenges into structured design strategies, insights, and deliverables grounded in research and data
- Align design intent with product roadmaps, user stories, development priorities, and implementation needs
- Manage client relationships, facilitate working sessions, and oversee scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across design workstreams
- Support practice growth through proposals, solution shaping, workplans, and team coaching
- Champion the role of design with clients and through coaching and developing teams
Key requirements- 6+ years in experience design strategy, service design, or human-centered design in a commercial or digital environment
- 6+ years working with Life Sciences commercial teams in patient services, customer engagement, or commercial operations
- 6+ years experience in the US Life Sciences ecosystem (patient journeys, provider engagement models, commercial operating environments)
- 6+ years in digital product design and delivery (PM, roadmapping, user stories, agile)
- 6+ years leading design-led innovation processes (research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, concepting)
- 1+ years using artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day workflow
- Ability to travel 30%
