Overview In this role you will lead projects implementing EHS software solutions, with a focus on Cority, delivering configuration and deployment expertise. You'll serve as the subject-matter expert for the system, guiding internal teams and acting as the main client contact. You'll participate in business development to drive growth and build strong relationships with clients. The role blends technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration, and may involve travel and hybrid work arrangements. You will help shape scalable EHS solutions that support client needs and Arcadis growth.

Responsibilities- Lead the lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment with client teams
- Draft design specifications from client needs and manage configuration, testing, and data migration plans
- Provide senior technical configuration expertise and best practices for EHS software
- Support system sustainment and ongoing post-go-live services
- Assist with business development inside the EHS&S market to drive growth and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with Technical Solutions, Client Development, and Operations leadership on growth initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide guidance during implementation
Key requirements- 8 years of experience with EHS&S software solutions, emphasis on Cority preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related
- Experience across domains like air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, health & safety, or occupational health
