Overview As an HRBP, you will align talent practices with business goals by partnering with leaders, employees, and HR Centers of Excellence. You will drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance across locations. You'll guide talent reviews, workforce planning, and employee relations to support a high-performing workforce. Responsibilities- Build partnerships with leaders and staff to support objectives and enhance employee experience
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver consistent HR programs
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and support design changes
- Assist leaders with change management including communication planning and team effectiveness
- Support talent management activities such as succession planning and leadership development
- Coach leaders on people management and development, and resolve workplace concerns
- Support execution of HR programs including talent acquisition, compensation planning, and engagement initiatives
- Assist with workforce planning and onboarding to meet staffing needs
- Address employee relations issues promptly and ensure legal and policy compliance
Key requirements- 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines
- Experience supporting leaders and employees in a matrixed or complex environment
- Knowledge of talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management
- Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and consulting skills
- Ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and handle sensitive situations with discretion
