Overview In this role you will manage SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) master data and oversee technical data configuration to enable reliable maintenance operations. You will support the Lemont Refinery by maintaining functional locations, equipment, and related master data, and by ensuring accurate data flows into SAP PM. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, HR, and Finance to optimize scheduling, reporting, and cost allocation. The position offers process improvement and hands-on SAP configuration in a safety-conscious, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities- Manage creation and upkeep of underlying technical data for Lemont Refinery functional locations, equipment, and BOMs
- Provide reporting for new process locations, equipment changes, reservations, and equipment status
- Configure SAP PM user roles and ensure alignment with organizational changes
- Audit acquisition of PM master data from TS&E, Operations, and Maintenance and upload into SAP PM
- Resolve discrepancies between SAP and other databases and support maintenance task lists
- Develop and improve daily maintenance scheduling via SAP and external sources
- Dispatch work from SAP PM backlogs and maintain accurate manpower capacities
- Create customized SAP variant settings and assist users to increase productivity
- Lead training for contract clerks and improve learning processes for SAP work processes
- Tag and log equipment with SAP numbers during moves or overhauls
- Evaluate technology advances and propose system enhancements to improve data consistency
