Overview As Compensation Manager, you will design, implement, and manage the firm's compensation programs to support business objectives and strategy. You will collaborate with P&C and business leaders to shape pay approaches, provide data-driven insights, and ensure market competitiveness and regulatory compliance. The role offers exposure to cross-functional initiatives, benchmarking, and communications that directly impact talent decisions and firm value. You will lead key projects and mentor teams while upholding the firm's commitment to inclusion and integrity.

Responsibilities- Design, implement and administer compensation programs and analyses
- Lead compensation benchmarking including surveys, market analysis, salary ranges, and pay structure development
- Administer annual processes: salary administration, budget modeling, market review, guidelines, and training materials
- Serve as subject matter expert to HRBP's and business leaders on compensation
- Consult with leaders to translate business needs into compensation design and policy changes
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate data-driven insights
- Identify marketplace trends to strengthen compensation programs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on offers for experienced and campus hires
- Communicate compensation strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee compensation communications and materials
- Conduct root cause analysis for data feeds, system programming, and reporting
- Monitor compensation laws/regulations to ensure compliance, including pay equity and transparency
- Lead assigned projects with plans, stakeholders, risks, and progress tracking
- Perform other duties as needed
Key requirements- 7+ years of compensation-focused experience
- CCP certification is a plus
- Broad knowledge of compensation theory, design, analysis, and trends
- Experience with compensation program design, implementation, and administration
- Strong consulting skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and HRIS applications; Oracle HCM a plus
- Excel/data manipulation with complex reports, formulas and macros
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and accommodate additional hours and travel as needed
