Overview

In this role you will partner with the IPA HR team to deliver people strategies that support Gartner's strategic objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor, coaching managers and associates while addressing performance, change, and talent needs across the business. You'll work within a global HR community to drive key people initiatives and ensure effective execution of workforce plans. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of HR operations and business strategy, offering opportunities to shape talent outcomes in a fast-paced tech-advisory environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary liaison for employee relations and conduct investigations with recommended actions
  • Partner with Recruiting to attract and retain top talent
  • Guide workforce planning and organizational development, aligning with budgets and forecasts
  • Support leadership in talent reviews and succession planning activities
  • Contribute to compensation and benefits processes, including market analyses and budget alignment
  • Promote timely and accurate implementation of organization changes across business units
Key requirements
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience or equivalent
  • Strong HR Generalist skills: employee relations, employment law, engagement, compensation, performance management, recruitment, development
  • Ability to deliver HR programs addressing business issues
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and documentation
