Overview As an MEP Project Manager, you will lead owner's representation on complex construction and capital projects for a global manufacturing client. You'll work with cross-functional teams across data centers, infrastructure, and energy sectors to ensure design, QA/QC, and field coordination are aligned with client objectives. You will shape project delivery by integrating engineering discipline knowledge with proactive stakeholder management. Responsibilities- Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documents
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project phases
- Support scheduler with progress updates
- Coordinate field activities between General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client
- Conduct field walks with GC and Sub-Contractor trades
- Attend field and punch walks with architect and MEP team
- Support close-out documentation and QA/QC activities
- Perform design document quality reviews for accuracy and contract compliance
- Conduct engineering QA/QC reviews prior to construction submission
- Prepare progress reports and KPI tracking
- Facilitate information flow between team and client via meetings and communications
- Capture and share knowledge in internal databases
- Identify quality, safety, health and environmental issues and escalate
- SOX controls may apply where relevant
Key requirements- Field construction experience
- Experience in manufacturing construction beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong client relationship management
- Ability to manage and delegate to technical and non-technical staff
- Postgraduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience (design and site)
- Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge/experience
- Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field
