Overview

In this role you will support the Recruiting team to facilitate a smooth, positive interview process for campus candidates and other applicants. You will collaborate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, travel, and events, contributing to the firm's growth. You'll handle scheduling, communications, and data in the ATS, while continually improving processes. This position offers exposure to Susquehanna's business and a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to impact candidate experience and recruiting outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, and business managers
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate phone and on-site interviews, including office tours and lunches
  • Coordinate travel accommodations for candidates
  • Greet candidates and manage on-site interview logistics to ensure a positive experience
  • Distribute resumes and interview feedback to recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers
  • Maintain candidate records in the ATS
  • Handle inquiries from candidates or internal staff
  • Improve procedures across responsibilities, from small enhancements to larger initiatives
  • Facilitate campus recruiting events and networking dinners/social events
  • Lead additional projects such as reporting and researching universities/on-campus events
Key requirements
  • Professional or intern experience as an administrative assistant or in event planning/coordination
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and present good solutions
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Willingness to work additional hours when necessary
  • Proficiency with Outlook or scheduling systems, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to travel locally (limited)
  • Onsite availability at Philadelphia-area headquarters three days per week
