Overview

As VP, HR & Administration you will lead the enterprise people strategy and oversee HR operations across multiple business units. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive workforce strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness in a multi-unit setting. You'll shape succession planning, total rewards, and talent risk management while ensuring a scalable, integrated HR operating model. This is a strategic, impact-driven role focused on growth, transformation, and culture.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with growth objectives and long-term business strategy
  • Translate business priorities into practical HR initiatives to support growth, productivity, transformation, and operational excellence
  • Oversee a scalable HR shared services organization delivering consistent, customer-focused support
  • Drive HR analytics to measure effectiveness and inform executive decisions
  • Provide governance for centers of excellence and ensure enterprise standards and programs are practical
  • Lead succession planning, executive talent reviews, and leadership development
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs aligned with strategy and market practices
  • Shape a high-performance culture aligned with company values and accountability
  • Lead organizational change efforts related to growth, acquisitions, restructurings, and operating model redesign
  • Partner with legal, finance, risk to identify and mitigate people-related risk
Key requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a complex, multi-business-unit organization
  • Experience advising CEOs and executive teams on human capital strategy and risk
  • Experience leading HR business partners, shared services, and centers of excellence in a matrixed environment
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning, total rewards, executive compensation, employee relations, compliance, organizational design, change management, and HR technology
  • Experience supporting transformations, acquisitions, integrations, restructuring, or large-scale change initiatives
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR senior certification preferred
  • Relocation to Houston required
