Overview In this role you will lead document control for large-scale design-build infrastructure projects, ensuring compliant, well-organized records and deliverables. You will manage EDMS/CDE systems, maintain registers and workflows, and coordinate with Owner, Contractor, Designer, and subconsultants. You will drive timely submissions, track milestones, and enforce standards across project teams. This position offers a chance to shape documentation processes on complex transportation programs and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project document control processes, procedures, and workflows
- Administer EDMS, CDE, and related workflows; manage document registers, logs, and distribution lists
- Ensure proper document numbering, naming, metadata, and filing structures
- Control issuance, receipt, review, approval, and archival of documents
- Coordinate design package submissions, track milestones (preliminary to RFC) and process review comments
- Produce project reports, KPIs, and perform document audits for compliance
- Coordinate reviews across stakeholders and train personnel on document control standards
- Support meetings and maintain records of decisions and correspondence
Key requirements- Minimum 7 years of document control on large-scale infrastructure/design-build/engineering projects
