Overview You will act as a strategic business partner to the Area General Manager, ensuring the right talent across multiple plants while driving engagement and career development. You'll lead HR initiatives that align with our people strategy and improve the bottom line. You'll advise leaders on performance, employee relations, and HR policy application in a fast-paced environment. This role offers opportunities to influence culture, develop leaders, and drive HR processes across Kalamazoo, Elgin, Romeoville, and Lombard.

Responsibilities- Lead HR strategies and projects aligned with business imperatives
- Ensure 100% policy and process compliance across locations
- Advise and influence leaders at all levels
- Coach Area General Managers and Front-Line Leaders
- Identify, report, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues
- Drive employee engagement and advocacy
- Oversee compensation processes including merit and bonus planning
- Facilitate talent reviews and performance management using contemporary tools
- Collaborate with union leadership to maintain positive relations (where applicable)
- Manage annual compensation planning and bonus administration
Key requirements- 3+ years in an HR Business Partner or Management role
- Bachelor's degree as specified
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
