Overview In this role, you will lead the customer service team to ensure efficient, service-focused operations aligned with our client and management expectations. You will coach and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and manage workloads to prevent bottlenecks. You will coordinate with production and sales to resolve issues and improve processes, while representing the organization professionally to customers. Responsibilities- Lead and coach the customer service team to achieve high performance
- Conduct annual performance reviews and develop career plans
- Manage workload distribution and backup coverage for vacations
- Provide on-the-job training and hands-on support to CSRs
- Represent the organization to customers and coordinate with sales to procure work
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and share workflow information with other teams
- Serve as liaison between the plant and external services, ensuring purchasing procedures are followed
- Provide feedback to Site Manager on team or individual issues
- Attend daily production meetings and communicate information to the team
- Perform CSR-related production functions as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in discipline related to function with 5 years of related experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing/supervising a team
- Advanced PC skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Internet Explorer
