Portfolio Construction Lead Analyst

In this role you support the Portfolio Construction Services (PCS) team by delivering bespoke analyses and insights to financial professionals. You will help design and refine asset allocation models using firm solutions, while supporting ongoing client-focused research and new tools. You collaborate across investment, relationship management, and consulting functions to translate data into actionable guidance. You will stay current with market developments and contribute to the firm's intellectual capital. • Collaborate with lead analysts and relationship managers to understand client needs and strategic vision
• Perform analyses to support guidance on targeted portfolio construction and investment solutions
• Provide consultation and performance reviews to internal audiences, highlighting the strengths of TRP funds and services
• Escalate highly complex questions and issues as needed
• Liaise with portfolio construction stakeholders to collect information for analyses informing decisions
• Identify strengths/weaknesses of tools and methodologies and propose improvements
• Conduct research, gap analyses, and market reviews to develop tools and intellectual capital
• Stay abreast of market developments and build internal/external networks in asset allocation
• May mentor junior stakeholders and attend industry events to develop relationships

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree
• CFA designation or progress to Level 1
• Familiarity with Modern Portfolio Theory
• Comfort with all asset classes (investment generalist)
• Experience with Morningstar Direct
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills
• Ability to collaborate across investment, relationship management, and consulting functions
