Overview In this role you will contribute to Greenberg Traurig's nationally recognized real estate practice from the Las Vegas office. You will work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, finance, joint ventures, and development, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You'll support clients from various industries and take on significant project responsibility while refining drafting, research, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities- Support commercial real estate transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, finance, joint ventures, and development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary firm teams to deliver strategic real estate solutions
- Draft, research, and negotiate documents; manage significant project responsibilities
- Work independently and as part of a team to prioritize and manage a diverse workload
- Engage with clients and communities as part of professional development and service excellence
Key requirements- At least 3 years of commercial real estate transactions experience (acquisitions/dispositions, finance, JV, development)
- Strong interpersonal, administrative, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team; manage a diverse workload
- Strong academic performance; superior drafting and research, and negotiation skills
- Admission to the Nevada Bar; willingness to engaging in community and professional organizations
