Overview In this role you support the Property Manager to keep multifamily communities market-ready while delivering exceptional service. You lead day-to-day operations and help develop a high-performing on-site team to maximize property performance. You work cross-functionally to manage leasing, budgets, maintenance, and resident relations, contributing to renewals, revenue, and profitability. Responsibilities- Support overall property operations including maintenance, capital improvements, leasing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and collections
- Assist with marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, audits, and expense control
- Deliver superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction and renewals
- Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company standards
- Lead and coach on-site team, hire when needed, and ensure adherence to Cushman & Wakefield policies
- Manage on-site team performance and ensure leasing/marketing goals are met
- Support day-to-day operations to maintain a positive living environment and conflict resolution
Key requirements- 3+ years of property management experience
- 1+ year of management experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Experience with lease administration, renewals, and marketing coordination
- Ability to interview, hire, and coach staff
- Ability to travel between properties as needed
