Overview In this role you provide graphics-focused operational and administrative support to the DOE Richland Office in Hanford. You'll produce high-level visuals and briefing materials, support events, and explore new media techniques to communicate program progress. You work with the OCE team to ensure accurate, professional outputs that inform senior officials and stakeholders. This position offers involvement in a government-facing engagement with opportunities to impact communication across projects and programs.

Responsibilities- Produce presentations, handouts, and media products for senior officials
- Design specialty communication materials (briefing books, jackets, screens, videos, DVDs)
- Support events with posters, plaques, nametags, and invitations
- Research and propose new media applications and tools
- Manage incidental graphic supplies and reimbursements with prior authorization
- Create a variety of communication products and visuals for reports and publications
- Prepare posters and signage for events and displays
Key requirements- Consecutive relevant experience within the last five years
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools
- Associate's degree in relevant field
- Experience designing and producing original graphics for presentations and publications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
