ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at a surplus lines insurance brokerage, where I built a strong foundation in the insurance industry. As I began reaching the peak of my growth there, I knew I was ready for the next challenge. My dad is also a State Farm agent, so agency ownership was something I had been exposed to for years and always knew I wanted to pursue.
I'm a graduate of Whitworth University in Spokane and am married. Outside of the office, I enjoy golfing, traveling, spending time at the lake, and getting together with family and friends - and, of course, spending time with our dog.

Jared Christy - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
