Overview In this role, you'll design and deliver experiences that help Scintilla Charter Clients apply Sam's Club merchandising knowledge to real business problems using 1st party data. You'll translate merchandising and supply chain insights into practical guidance that boosts partners' effectiveness. You'll manage engaging learning content and change-management activities to ensure successful Scintilla adoption. The position sits within a team that blends consulting, learning strategies, and continuous improvement to drive customer success and growth.

Responsibilities- Create resources to support change-management activities for Scintilla adoption
- Map Sam's Club business processes to Scintilla insights to identify use cases and value unlocks
- Manage a portfolio of live webinar content and demonstrate feature-to-practice connections
- Provide practical guidance to associates and suppliers on merchandising-related data usage across scenarios
