Overview As a Producer at Gallagher Benefit Services, you will build and expand a book of business by leveraging the Proactive People Strategy across divisions. You'll collaborate with specialists in Pharmacy, Voluntary Benefits, Retirement Services, and Human Resources Consulting to deliver client solutions. Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a robust new business pipeline beyond set targets
- Lead client discovery conversations with senior executives (CEO, CFO, CHRO) to uncover needs and opportunities
- Consult clients independently and coordinate with SMEs to bring integrated solutions
- Manage client communications and set up regular reviews to maintain retention and expand accounts
- Coordinate with Client Service teams to monitor account status and guide strategy
- Schedule internal account review meetings and briefings to ensure timely progress
- Engage internal networks within 30-60 days for guidance and collaboration on opportunities
- Provide post-presentation debriefs with Wins/Losses to improve proposals
- Mentor junior team members during prospecting, proposal, and account management stages
- Report progress to Regional Sales Leader and Area leadership as needed
- Identify divisional initiatives of interest and contribute to personal-brand growth
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience and appropriate insurance licensing OR
- Bachelor's degree, Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP) participation and insurance licensing OR
- High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent work style with minimal direction
