Overview In this role, you drive end-to-end recruitment for critical corporate roles and mentor a recruiters' team to align with Uline's growth. You partner with hiring managers to shape talent plans and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent, including active and passive candidates. You will influence leaders and partners across the organization while delivering high-quality hires that support the company's stability and expansion.

Responsibilities- Handle complex recruitment assignments for corporate positions and guide the recruiting team
- Review applications and interview to evaluate work history, education, training, and skills

- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and plan recruiting activities
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
- 10+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent
