Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong customer service, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of state and federal policy in recruiting, hiring, and employment
