Overview As a Senior Project Manager - MEP, you drive planning, design, and delivery of large mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. You will lead cross functional collaboration with design and engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure on time, on budget execution. You help manage schedules, estimates, bids, and safety compliance while resolving issues that arise during construction. This role offers the chance to shape project outcomes in a collaborative environment and to apply deep MEP knowledge to complex building initiatives.

Responsibilities- Manage and review the planning, design, and execution of MEP projects
- Oversee preparation of project schedules, estimates, bids, and reports
- Monitor and evaluate project progress and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure successful execution
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to build and maintain relationships
- Resolve issues throughout the project duration
- Manage personnel, equipment, and other resources to meet time and budget goals
Key requirements- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, P6, Design Engineering, Fabrication, Self-Perform Mechanical Contractor, Piping Systems, Building Products, Construction Details/Design, Rules/Regulations/Quality Standards, Microsoft Project, Construction Management Software Packages, Estimating, Time Management, and Research
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
