Overview

In this role you will build and lead LPA's Learning & Development function to support the firm's growth and evolving practice. You'll partner with leaders across disciplines to translate needs into practical, engaging learning experiences. You will design programs and experiences that accelerate knowledge, skills, and behavior across the firm, embracing experimentation and emerging technologies. This is a chance to shape a learning culture that champions collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead the L&D function, programs, processes, and infrastructure
  • Design, develop, and deliver L&D programs aligned with organizational priorities
  • Assess learning needs and translate them into outcomes
  • Partner with leaders and SMEs to define learning goals and outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted learning partner to leaders and teams
  • Manage multiple learning initiatives from planning through implementation
  • Develop leadership and manager development programs and resources
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to connect learning with onboarding and development
  • Create structured learning journeys and materials
  • Facilitate training sessions and learning experiences
  • Design programs that support adoption of new technologies and change initiatives
  • Support LMS implementation, administration, and content organization
  • Establish measures of success and continuously improve programs
Key requirements
  • 10+ years in Learning & Development or related field with leadership experience
  • Experience managing multiple learning initiatives from planning to evaluation
  • Proven track record designing and implementing learning programs across audiences
  • Experience building or establishing L&D programs or functions within an organization
  • Experience developing programs for varied roles and experience levels
  • Bachelor's degree in related field; equivalent experience considered
  • Experience with learning management systems; Absorb preferred
