Overview As Staff Product Manager, you own and scale Nova Credit's Property Management vertical, guiding strategy and roadmap across Income Navigator, Eligibility Compass, Credit Passport, and Cash Atlas. You'll partner with property management and screening platforms, align with compliance and GTM teams, and ship high-impact features in a regulated, B2B2C context. This role offers influence over product decisions that help housing providers verify applicants faster and more accurately at scale. You'll operate in a fast-paced environment, shaping partnerships and the long-term product vision.

Responsibilities- Own and prioritize the Property Management vertical roadmap aligned with company goals
- Define and communicate quarterly product goals and strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, GTM, Solutions Architecture
- Engage with market-rate and affordable-housing customers to translate needs into requirements
- Deliver key roadmap features within the first month and iterate against KPIs
- Deepen integrations with property management and screening platforms
- Manage initiatives across the product platform with measurable impact on adoption and conversion
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners
- Refresh product strategy and contribute to long-term vision and roadmapping
Key requirements- 8+ years in product management
- PropTech / property management background (preferred)
- Direct experience in property management, tenant screening, or affordable housing (preferred)
- Regulated space experience with FCRA / CRA obligations considered a product concern
- Data fluency with SQL and Mixpanel dashboards
- Customer-obsessed, data-driven decision making
