Responsibilities- Advise on corporate structuring of real estate investments, joint ventures, M&A, and financings involving real estate assets
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents including JV agreements, equity investment documents, purchase agreements, and operating agreements
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams such as tax, finance, and fund formation lawyers
- Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes for complex, high-value deals
Key requirements- 1-4 years of corporate real estate experience
- Solid understanding of real estate and corporate/M&A principles
- JD from a top law school and admitted to the New York Bar
- Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills
