Overview In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into ERP customization tasks. You will help design solutions, develop and integrate features, and ensure data integrity across systems. You'll assess performance, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and create documentation plus deliver user training. You'll work in a global delivery environment to advance Workday HCM and ERP implementations, driving value for clients.

Responsibilities- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications aligned with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Assist in solution architecture design by customizing ERP modules based on detailed requirements
- Develop and integrate new features, conduct code reviews, and maintain codebase for stability and compliance
- Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Assess ERP performance, identify enhancement opportunities, ensure customizations meet security and regulatory standards
- Create comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training
Key requirements- Experience in Workday HCM domain across key HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence)
- Experience in Workday HCM NA payroll and core HCM
- Experience gathering requirements with business and translating them into configurations
- Experience prototyping configurations and performing unit testing
- Subject matter expertise on key business process decisions and BP configurations
- Experience in Workday reporting, security configurations, and data issue troubleshooting
- Experience managing Workday major release update feature analysis and coordination for deployment
