Overview In this role, you will design and lead enterprise-wide leadership and learning initiatives that strengthen capability and leadership readiness across CF Industries. You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate priorities into scalable development solutions and oversee the learning ecosystem, including digital delivery, content, and metrics. You will identify capability gaps, build roadmaps, and measure impact on growth, engagement, succession readiness, and business results. You will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver learner-centered experiences using modern learning technologies and data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute an enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with business goals and workforce needs
- Partner with senior leaders and HR partners to identify capability gaps and create targeted solutions
- Lead design and maintenance of leadership development programs to improve effectiveness and succession readiness
- Create enterprise learning roadmaps focused on key skills and career growth
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-directed development across the organization
- Support talent management initiatives including succession planning, onboarding, engagement, and inclusion
- Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality development experiences
- Evaluate trends and technologies to continuously enhance learning offerings
- Lead design and maintenance of digital learning solutions using instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Create and curate learning content with tools like Storyline, Rise, and video-based formats
- Establish metrics and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness and impact on leadership capability
Key requirements- BS/BA in a related field
- At least 5 years of related professional experience
- Strong consultative, relationship-building, interpersonal, and influence skills
- Effective instructional and program design and execution capabilities
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and build working relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
