Electrical Project Superintendent (Traveling)

In this role you lead subcontractors on a Cedar Rapids data center project and uphold a strong safety culture. You'll partner with the Project Manager to manage schedule and budget, and build productive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. You'll produce lookahead schedules, coordinate field work, and ensure quality control and paperwork are completed accurately. • Lead subcontractors and field forces on the job site
• Maintain safety in accordance with the Safety Policy
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Commissioning Manager to manage schedule and budget
• Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules
• Update project schedules using scheduling software
• Assist with buyout and selection of subcontractors
• Coordinate subcontractors' field work
• Fulfill Energy Marshall responsibilities
• Oversee Electrical Quality Control and inspections
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Provide opportunities for team development and growth
• Foster positive relationships on the jobsite

• 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience
• Electrical background required
• Experience on data center projects highly desired
• Ability to read/interpret construction documents
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent project organizational skills
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development abilities
• Business acumen and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
