Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment to attract top talent and partner with business leaders across Western Alliance Bank to execute a strategic hiring plan. You'll shape a positive candidate experience and ensure compliance while supporting the bank's people strategy. You'll also mentor peers, enhance recruiting processes and technologies, and help build diverse, high-performing teams that propel business goals. This is a relationship-driven, strategic role at scale with impact on culture and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Own full life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategy with business leaders
  • Serve as recruitment advisor to teams and leadership
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates to build diverse pipelines
  • Upskill Talent Acquisition Specialists on sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Create a positive candidate experience and guide leaders on expectations
  • Identify and drive improvements in processes, technology, and solutions for TA
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and OFCCP requirements; lead compliance reporting
  • May lead and develop a team including coaching and performance management
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory, legal compliance obligations and industry standards
  • Advanced experience sourcing and building diverse talent pipelines; use of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, alternative search techniques, and recruiting technology
  • Advanced experience prioritizing and executing multiple searches with strong customer focus and attention to detail; ability to train peers
