Overview

In this role you will drive full cycle recruiting to support multiple business units, focusing on staff and management hires while building early career programs. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, attract top talent, and align hires with company values. You will manage high-volume requisitions and nurture talent pipelines across states, contributing to long-term workforce growth and workforce development initiatives. This role offers a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to shape talent in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for staff and management roles
  • Oversee internship program to attract and convert early talent
  • Handle high-volume requisitions across multiple states and units
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates via iCIMS job boards, direct outreach, networking, and events
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
  • Provide market and compensation insights to hiring managers
  • Maintain a responsive, efficient recruitment process and timely communications
  • Manage requisition workflows and statuses in iCIMS
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, and Affirmative Action
  • Develop relationships with colleges, trade schools, and workforce programs
  • Evaluate candidates for skills and cultural alignment
Key requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for staff and management roles; craft recruiting exposure preferred
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, and Affirmative Action
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Judgment in evaluating technical qualifications and cultural fit
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Highly organized with good time management
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
