Overview In this role you will lead front-desk client interactions and support the smooth operation of the hospital. Responsibilities- Greet visitors, answer phones, and guide clients and pets to exam rooms
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Place outbound follow-up calls and reach out to prospective clients
- Present and explain fees, process payments
- Recommend and obtain products and services, including prescriptions
- Educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care
- Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
- Maintain hospital cleanliness and facility upkeep
