Overview In this Campus Recruiter role, you will build and scale HRT's campus talent strategy to attract top technical talent from universities. You will own relationships with universities, faculty, career centers, and student groups, and lead end-to-end campus events and outreach. You'll craft sourcing programs and keep-warm engagements to map early-talent pipelines. You'll promote HRT's on-campus brand and travel to campuses to connect with students, shaping how we recruit the next generation of engineers and quantitative specialists.

Responsibilities- Develop and refine campus recruiting strategies with target schools to secure top technical talent
- Build relationships with university stakeholders, faculty, career centers, and student organizations
- Plan and execute on-campus recruiting events from strategy to follow-up
- Design and implement sourcing programs to engage high-potential students early in their academic careers
- Promote and strengthen HRT's on-campus brand through marketing and branding efforts
- Travel to campuses to host information sessions, networking events, and outreach initiatives
Key requirements- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting with experience sourcing technical talent in tech or quantitative finance
- Experience planning and executing recruiting and networking events
- Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies to identify students
- Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective technical or academic talent
- Demonstrated success building relationships with universities, faculty, career centers, and student organizations
- Strong proficiency with ATS/CRM and analytics/reporting tools
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
