Responsibilities- Evaluate bid specifications and drawings to ensure complete, bid-ready packages
- Follow up with subcontractors to obtain bids and clarify scope
- Collaborate with Project Management to monitor bids and budgets
- Produce accurate estimations within tight timelines
- Utilize strong attention to detail and organizational skills in all work
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication
- Apply comfort with numbers to support decision making
Key requirements- Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering with 7+ years of related experience or equivalent
- Estimating experience in the utility industry and/or mission-critical/data center projects
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
