Sales Compensation Analyst

In this role you enable accurate sales data and compensation processes to support Abbott's Neuromodulation sales organization. You will manage territory alignments, master data integrity, and compensation administration, partnering with Finance and Sales to ensure timely, auditable data and payments. You'll drive data-driven decisions and process improvements in a global healthcare environment. This position offers visibility into cross-functional workflows and opportunities to impact sales performance and reporting quality.

• Manage territory alignments for the sales organization in SAP, maintain rep relationships, create/adjust rep codes, and realign accounts as hires and restructures occur
• Ensure master data accuracy reflecting organizational changes to prevent reporting disruption
• Analyze internal stakeholder reporting needs and maintain data accuracy across systems (SAP, Power BI, Pulse, SOHA)
• Collaborate with Finance to evaluate quota changes and revenue reallocation via credit/rebill processes, maintain supporting docs, and update sales leadership
• Ensure accuracy of customer master, sales and product hierarchies for reporting; classify new customers/products appropriately
• Proactively audit master data, resolve issues with IT, identify root causes, and implement process improvements
• Evaluate Rep Inventory Order (RIO) requests for policy adherence and provide feedback
• Administer and calculate commission/bonus payments for USD Sales Compensation Plans and Employee Agreements
• Audit monthly commissions, identify outliers, and ensure compliance with audit practices
• Provide ad-hoc master data reports to management and internal customers
• Provide leadership and mentorship to teammates and stay current on developments in the field

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum 2 years as data/sales analyst or equivalent
• Experience in medical devices or sales organization
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Business Objects; SAP or ERP experience; advanced MS Office skills preferred
